In collaboration with : Art&Fact, Institut d’Education Sensorielle de Moselle (IES Metz), Lutherie Acoustique Musique (Institut Jean Le Rond d’Alembert, UPMC, CNRS), SACEM.

This film was made during the workshop "Ecoutes sonotactiles" presented by Pascale Criton at the Centre Pompidou-Metz on May 28, 2015.

The Sensitive Ears explores the listening experience through touching led by Pascale Criton and visually impaired and deaf people. Sonotactile devices, in the shape of vibrating tables and a listening station for structure-borne noise, enable to hear and communicate through material.

These devices give access to sound information through contact : sound can be perceived by the body. The children of the Institut d’Education Sensorielle de Moselle (IES Metz) can experience hearing through touching.
